1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Product Variations
At Earthbound Collections, our products are handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade goods and natural waxes, slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw may occur from batch to batch.
Our concrete vessels are individually hand-poured and cured. Because of the natural properties of concrete, your vessel may feature unique characteristics such as small air bubbles, slight color variations, or textural differences. These are not considered defects; rather, they are the beautiful, natural signatures of a truly handmade item. Furthermore, frosting or wet spots on the wax are natural characteristics of soy, and soy blend wax, and do not affect the quality or burn of the candle.
3. Fire Safety and Limitation of Liability
Candles involve an open flame and present a fire hazard if not used properly. By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all safety warning labels located on the candle and packaging. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
Please note that concrete vessels can become warm to the touch during use. Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface to protect your furniture.
Earthbound Collections shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or improper burning of our products. Your use of our products is strictly at your own risk.
4. Pricing and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or scent without notice.
5. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Earthbound Collections. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every candle before it ships, but we know that damage can occasionally happen during transit (such as vessel fracture or wax melting in extreme heat). If your order arrives damaged, please email us withing 48 hours of delivery at melissaannlowery@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
